I came across this man painting a scene while walking through Richmond Park, on my own one day. The scene was so perfect I had to ask if I could take this image, which he gracefully allowed. To this day this image is the one that most people tell me they like out of my Bokeh Pano collection. If I can ever come out of the shadow of this image with the technique I will have to keep being brave.

A Bokeh Pano of a painter in Richmond park

Getting to try some more Bokeh Pano portraits with Tina was a lot of fun. If your subject is willing and able to hold poses for a minute or so then I highly recommend giving it a go. I initially shot this scene much wider and then cropped it right back in post. This can be painful after you put all the work in to shoot the wider angle, but try not to be too precious about keeping every part of the image at the expense of the final result.

Fond memories with awesome friends, posing on Hampstead Heath's prettiest, fallen tree. If you can convince your friends to stand still for a little longer than usual you get some fun images that will make great memories. This one means a lot because it was taken shortly before we all left London and moved overseas - thanks Brexit... just kidding :P

Our first trip to the forest behind Göteborg's botanical gardens. This was late autumn so the ferns were still around. I really like the pine trees and am looking forward to spring where I can hopefully try out some more nature and portrait Panos here.

We found this area where the tram tracks are covered with grass last week and thought they would make an interesting location for a photo. Also being sandwiched by apartments and having an interesting corner helped. Don't worry, one of us was looking out for trams while I took the photos. I just wish I had tried IR here. Oh well, next time.

Combining infrared with the Bokeh Pano to get a different looking portrait. Getting people to hold a pose for a minute doesn't often get you a smile, so I recommend getting that in a single shot and pasting it back over the final stitch.
